All orders are processed after payment confirmation.

Fitness Apparel (leggings, shorts, tops, sportswear)

  • Orders are processed and shipped within up to 72 hours (business days).

Accessories (caps, bags, socks, bottles, accessories)

  • Orders may require additional handling time.

  • Processing and delivery may take approximately 5 to 7 business days.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.


2. Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates

Delivery times vary depending on:

  • Product category

  • Shipping destination

  • Carrier performance

Estimated delivery times:

  • Apparel: shipped within 72 hours + carrier delivery time

  • Accessories: approximately 5–7 business days

3. Free Shipping

We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders over €95.

  • The free shipping threshold applies after discounts and before taxes, unless stated otherwise.

  • Free shipping availability may vary by destination.

Shipping costs (when applicable) are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed.


4. Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details, when available.


5. Delays & External Factors

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers

  • Customs clearance

  • Weather conditions

  • Incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer

  • Events beyond our control


6. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.


7. Split Shipments

In some cases, orders containing different product categories (apparel and accessories) may be shipped separately to ensure faster delivery.

There are no additional shipping charges for split shipments unless clearly stated at checkout.


8. Lost or Damaged Packages
